- generalized insults towards a large group of people based on race, gender, sexuality, etc.

- demands for Cal to do something without being polite
- calls Atticus a "nigger-lover"
macro-agGression
- Nathan believes that all colored people would try and steal things
- thinks that colored people aren't helpful and are lazy
- they think that colored people would just run away from everything
- there is a commercial for dating just for colored people
